【新聞】魯本史坦德將推出新輯《Unconditional Love》

去年於Shanachie Records發行《Letters from Birmingham》的魯本史坦德（Ruben Studdard），宣告轉籍Verve Records，並計畫推出新作品《Unconditional Love》。

這位甫在NBC新一季減重節目《The Biggest Loser》參賽的前《美國偶像》冠軍，再度聚焦音樂事業，力請Verve唱片總裁大衛佛斯特（David Foster）操刀首波全新單曲〈Meant to Be〉，艾立克班奈特（Eric Benét）則製作Teddy Pendergrass、Boz Scaggs的經典重唱曲〈Close the Door〉及〈Look What You've Done to Me〉，此外萊拉海瑟薇（Lalah Hathaway）將助陣翻新Billy Preston與Syreeta Wright的〈With You I'm Born Again〉，其他還詮釋披頭四（The Beatles）的〈My Love〉、木匠兄妹合唱團（The Carpenters）的〈Close to You〉、邦妮瑞特（Bonnie Raitt）的〈I Can't Make You Love Me〉等歌曲。



魯本史坦德提到「《Unconditional Love》是所有作品中最浪漫的一張，裡面收錄許多早想親自灌錄、來自不同時期的經典。」《Unconditional Love》預定明年2月4日問世。
